Lying body twist
5 reps x 1 sets
Lie on your back with bent knees and your feet placed flat on the floor.
Turn your arms and upper body to one side and lower your leg and lower body to the opposite side.
Keep a relatively slow pace.
Rotate alternately from one side to the other.
This should take two to four seconds going down and two to four seconds coming back up.
Repeat the exercise 5 times to each side.
