Supination III (exercise band with medium resistance)
12 reps x 3 sets
Sit on a chair.
Place a medium resistance exercise band around both hands with your palms facing downward and hold your elbows along the side of your body.
Grab the exercise band using four fingers with both hands.
Keep the exercise band tight with one hand while turning the other hand upwards.
Perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions with each arm.
