Supination III (exercise band with medium resistance)

  • Sit on a chair.
  • Place a medium resistance exercise band around both hands with your palms facing downward and hold your elbows along the side of your body.
  • Grab the exercise band using four fingers with both hands.
  • Keep the exercise band tight with one hand while turning the other hand upwards.
  • Perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions with each arm.
