Seated body twist
5 reps x 1 sets
Sit on a chair.
Put both hands on one thigh and turn your entire back to one side.
It should take about 2-4 seconds to complete the movement.
Then hold the position for 5 seconds and slowly turn back.
If the chair has a back you can place one of your arms on it.
Repeat the exercise 5 times to each side.
