Nice app! I've suffered from lower back pain for 8 years.
I like the way the exercises are shown in the videos and it's nice that there are several phases, because you feel you achieve something by completing the phases until they are at 100% and at the same time it keeps your motivation high (when you are bad at the beginning, as i am). So 5 stars from me and then i just hope my pain will go away within a few months 👍🏼

Super good app. Everything is shown by real people and the level of the exercises is constantly adjusted according to how ones own development is. Motivation
I have an old ankle injury that has been difficult to rehabilitate as the pain only comes once in a while. I've tried with a normal workout plan. It was not very beneficial as the exercises could not be adjusted. Injurymap has increased my motivation to exercise regularly and it is nice to feel that the program is being adjusted.

Very well thought out, good exercises with clear instruction and even stopwatch incorporated. But without the specification of the injury and without knowing the injured persons level of training beforehand, it will never come close to a program from a good physiotherapist.
